In my line of work, the greatest
reward is seeing my customers
enjoy the unique dishes that I
deliver to the table. I take bits and
pieces of what I have learned
through both my travels to different
countries and the experience that I
have gained from having worked in
a variety of kitchens and use it as a
source of inspiration for my
creations. However, in order to truly
push past the limits of my abilities, I
have learned that it is always best
to trust my palate. It gives me great
satisfaction knowing that what I
have created is my own. Even when
I am cooking the classics, I find a
way to stay true to the heart of the
recipe while also adding my own personal touch. This is what I
believe defines me as a chef and
guarantees that nothing but my
best work will be delivered to the
table for all to enjoy.
